The Chef's Garden--An Adventure in Veggies

I had the privilege of touring possibly the most amazing farm in the U.S., The Chef's Garden. In Huron, Ohio, these farmers grow amazing vegetables for chefs around the world! They are dedicated to their craft and possibly the most knowledgeable farmers I'll ever meet. I also enjoyed dinner at The Culinary Vegetable Institute, which was just as exciting!
